I think the people giving this restaurant good reviews have never had decent bagels and are willing to settle for bad service at inflated prices. The bad reviews are exactly right - this place is truly dreadful. The staff are unfriendly and seem confused, the bagels are of poor quality and taste cheap, and the coffee is bitter and worse than gas station coffee - all this for prices higher than you'd pay at Panera Bread or Starbucks. Why anyone patronizes this place more than once is beyond me - it's to be avoided.

I went looking for bagels on Saturday and found this place. The people were not the friendliest that helped me with the order. I was disappointed and wished I had gone to Einsteins when I got home. The bagels were tough. Both my wife were sick soon after eating them. My stomach still isn't settled. I will never go back.
