Bento Cafe, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

I have been in Orlando for 3 years and I have been eating at Bento's Down Town for about 2 1/2 my first time in this location at Sand Lake this week and everything it was perfect like it is always at Bento's Down Town location except for this "manager" Kevin lord have mercy I have no words to describe how horrible he make me feel I think I won't go to any Bento's anymore I'm so disappointed on how Bento's make a rude person a manager this person was so stupid and excuse my words that we have to tell him if can he get us a manager and he said's "I'm the manager" what's the problem I told him about his character and he got really mad about it he walk away from us and didn't came back to make us feel better when we where leaving I try to talk to him and he just told me he was to busy he can't take care of us right know making me feel like I was a pis of crap. I will tell everyone about it u don't like this place any more and I will tell everyone all the things I have seen at Bento's even I will call health department because I have see the staff in the kitchen working and doing all the food handling with out using gloves and they do lots of thing around and they won't clean they're hands or put gloves on.

I've never never eaten inside but I have to say their food is delicious and I'm definitely a repeat customer. Try ordering thru their delivery services they have online it's simple and easy

Just got out of the hospital after eating at thIs location for lunch yesterday. Ordered the spicy creme and need up with food poisoning and in the ER.

Great food, extremely reasonable prices, we had no problem with the service like some mentioned here. I was hesitant to try this place from the service reviews but the food was always given positive reviews so I figured we'd take a chance and go- so happy we did they have everything my husband and I love in one place. No wondering to multiple places on 50 to try and get it all in on a date night- Woohoo! We got the Spicy Tuna Salad, Korean Chicken Noodle Bowl, and the Japanese Curry Bento Box.

I'm gonna get to the point fast. Bentos Cafe is the BEST place I have had sushi. Trust me I've been to many others and I only like the taste here at Bentos! I love it! Highly recommend the sushi and a Boba Tea (hot or cold). They are amazing! Eat there almost on a biweekly basis!
