By following the directions and cooking it directly on the rack the cheese started sloughing off the side and dripping to the bottom of my oven, where it promptly put out more smoke than willie nelson in an RV and nearly caught fire. I'm pretty sure my oven is going to be impossible to clean, which is awesome because I'm a renter and will probably get charged for it down the road.

On the bright side, the pizza itself was actually pretty good, and the crispy cheese-stalactites coming off of the edge tasted like cheez-it crackers - which gets the experience two stars instead of zero.
