Place was empty, service was slow and food came out cold.

The best Bertucci's I've been to. After checking in on Foursquare, the manager came over and greeted me personally to say thanks. I've never had that happen before! He then gave us a round of desserts as well.

Aside from that, our server was very attentive and friendly. We could have been a handful because we were with a friend in a wheelchair that also needs his food processed. Not only did they help with that, but they even ran his food processor through the dishwasher while we ate. All around excellent.

I generally like Bertucci's, however this particular branch seems to be operating at a lower standard.
