06/09/2014 3:26 pmWaited 15 minutes just for drinks. 25 for the alcoholic beverages, and when we looked at the glasses, they weren't even clean! Dirty patches caked on the inside, needless to say they weren't finished. The bathroom was flooded and smelled like a sewer. What a waste of time and money! DO NOT go here. |

01/06/2013 4:34 pmBertucci's is what you'd expect — a large nationwide chain serving mediocre food. Crusts are somewhere between flatbread and pizza; not cracker-like but not pillowy or enticing either. Toppings are standard. Desserts were ick. Beer menu is nothing exciting. Service was exceedingly accommodating, but (full disclosure) we were there for the royal treatment. Although sufficient in a pinch, Bertucci's won't satisfy a pizza-lover's cravings. |

12/21/2012 7:37 pmI hadn't been to Bertucci's before and was very impressed with the pizza, decor, and staff. The pizza dough was excellent and the selected toppings were delicious. I would recommend the spicy salami and pepper pizza with a strong IPA. I really liked the design of the interior and the lighting. There are columns with lights that curve up to the ceiling. The staff were friendly, efficient, and unobtrusive. I felt comfortable and welcomed immediately and would definitely go back. |

12/21/2012 5:02 pmI've been eating at Bertucci's since I was a kid, which is why my most recent experience was so surprising. The basic brick oven cheese pizza of my youth that had never excited me nor called for a return visit as an adult was long forgotten. After tasting their imaginative and fresh-inspired creations I am eager to head back. Far from the family restaurant I remember (playing with balls of dough), now I see Bertucci's as a place to grab drinks after work, get dinner with friends, or maybe even stop in for lunch with clients. Their recent embracing of craft beer and fantastic pairings (Dogfish Head brews are an excellent choice for all the pizzas) makes this a hot spot for booze hounds and carb-lovers alike. I definitely recommend a visit to your local Bertucci's. |
