Best Italian Cafe & Pizzeria, Gatlinburg, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Waitress was really rude. I asked for marinara sauce with garlic bread they charged me extra 3$ for the sauce. When asked the waitress she was like "are you crying for3$!" With bad attitude. I just went there to eat not to argue with stupid lady over 3$.

Horrible service, average food with an overpricing bill. Maybe they will charge you extra if you breath there. Bad experience

After leaving the aquarium we ask a local where to find some good pizza. We were told "Best Italian is the place to go!" We were also told to make sure to get the garlic rolls. This was our first visit to this restaurant and I will be back! Walked up and was immediately seated, waitress was soon behind to get our drink order. We ordered a 12 inch with half pep half cheese. The garlic rolls came out within 3 mins, pizza was out within 10. The waitress was extremely pleasant and quick to bring refills. The garlic rolls were AMAZING! The pizza was superior to any I've ever had before, the cheese was so cheesey! When I pulled each slice away from the pie it had the lingering cheese strings that you only get in the commercials, shear bliss! This restaurant has become my new go to place when I go to Gatlinburg.

Margaritas to die for. Wonderful Pizzas.
Only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is their service is usually slow. Very nice people !

BAD FOOD. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

We stopped at this place on our last visit to Gatlingburg. What a bad choice! The Fried Calamaris were so hard that it tastes like plastic. The food took EXTREMELY LONG to be served. The quality of the food are not good at all. The chicken crust of my chicken parmigiana was black, it looked disgusting. Bathroom was dirty . The enviroment in general not attractive. I wouls not recommend this place. I regret I spent $100 with my family for such a poor experience.
