I have eaten at Best Lee's since it opened. The food is good, but the service is questionable.
Recently they decided on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to be open, but they also decided to charge more since "everyone else is closed nearby". I am not a fan of price gouging.
They are receiving 2 stars because their food is good... I just don't agree with their business practice.

We have eaten at Best Lee's for several years now 5 or 6 times a year (a friend told us about the restaurant). While some of the staff appears to be more comfortable with Chinese than with English, they have always been friendly and helpful. Food is good,and some dishes excellent. My wife loves the fish special (Kung Pao Fish).

Don't get me wrong the food there is decent but for customer service this place is terrible. My mother and I went in to place an order for a birthday party that evening and my poor mother was trying to get information from the woman working the front asking how their bundle deals work. Sadly my mother has a very friendly demeanor and was being beyond nice and the whole time the woman acted extremely rude to her so I had to step in since it was highly uncalled for. After arguing with the lady for a few minutes she snaps at us that they will get it ready but never told us how long it would take. We sat waiting and watched how she was treating other customers and another gentleman came in and complained to her because he was asking for a table for dine in. Mind you it was not busy at all when we went in. She started rushing him and his kids to where the gentleman had to stop her and question her rude behavior. They finally informed us of it being ready and she just slams the bag of food down on the counter and walks away. No thank you or nothing especially after how much we just paid for the food. I have eaten several times at the Rio rancho location and they are the nicest people there but these ones esh never again.

i really enjoy this place its like every chinese Food place certain things you order might not taste good! you find What you like .. you dont Write off the place for 1 mistake its 1 lady and her 2 children! that work there! give them a chance . at least 2 times to find your Spot with them =D
