When I first entered the Pizzeria, I of course was not greeted at the front door by the numerous amount of workers. I then proceeded to the front counter to place an order to go. As I asked multiple questions pertaining to the food, the cashier could not even answer them correctly mainly because she lacked knowledge about the menu. I then placed my order and it took them about 30 minutes to prepare and serve me a medium cheese pizza. The pricing was fair, the tables were filthy, and the employees were a bit lazy and just standing around.

Absolutely agree on the poor treatment of the customer. I go into BEST NY pizza for the 4th time. Having moved to this side of the town, I LOVE THIS PIZZA. HOwever, the customer service is like you are a dog. Last night, I wanted to get the pizza to go and take home. I like to wait for the pizza rather than leaving, so I can get it fresh, and still be somewhat fresh when I get home. Every pizza places till you 20 or 30 minutes when busy, and you know that they put the pizza sitting up on the heatear for most of that time, unless you are there. So I waited 10 minutes, and they tell me my pizza is ready but my Philly cheese steak is not. So I keep waiting, while they put my pizza on the heater. 10 minutes goes by. 20 minutes to make a sub? And my pizza losing freshness and getting old. I asked them and they say "sorry". NOthing else. A few more minutes goes by, and say this isn't right. I want to sit down and eat in at the restraurant so my food is still fresh. I go sit down, and wait to talk to a manager. He comes out, says he's sorry, and I wait 7 more minutes for my sub. NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID TO ME the whole time. The BEST PART? I had asked for extra cheese on my sub, and for the bread not to be toasted. When they brought out that sub??? It was with 4 slices of ICE COLD, completly hard slices sitting on top of my sandwich. I almost fell out of my booth. This was after on my 3rd visit when I was asked a waitress to bring me some melted garlic butter to dip my pizza in, she brought me a cup of cold hard butter, totally solid. I will not be back unless 1)someone explains this to me on facebook and 2) calls me and makes this right. I only wish I had taken a picture of those cold slices of cheese on my philly sub. Is everyone high?? C.W. Peterson in tampa

The waitress and owner visited our table enough to show genuine givadarn. But not to an annoying level at all. We ordered merlot and chianti which their house product were both well balanced. the meals and desserts looked just wonderful and tasted great. thanks Pat

Yummy! I grew up in N.Y.and this is indeed similar. I ordered a cheese slice and side salad at lunch time. The sauce is well seasoned so it's not just a bland tomato paste like other places. The crust is slightly thicker than I remember and the cheese is plentiful. Very tasty and enjoyable! since it is the normal reheated slice at lunch and was this awesome, I can only imagine how fantastic a fresh pie would be! I would definitely come back! Helpful staff, nice interior.

This place knows absolutely nothing about customer service. The server told us there was a special for a bottle of wine $20 - she even let us sample it. Then when we go to order it, turns out there was no special (they wanted $50). We asked for one managers (which looked like the server just pulled a chef from the back) he was VERY rude and would not work with us at all - since the customer is always right, right? He cut us off mid sentence and stormed off. We then asked to speak to another manager after 15 minutes of going back and forth "the best she could do" was 10% off. Not to mention the food took FOREVER to come out (45 minutes after ordering) and we did not get the wine until the end of our meal. A little note to the owner of this place - Teach your managers how to make customers happy so they come back again... Even if it means taking the loss on a bottle of wine, I mean is it really worth losing a customer and a bad review??
