Eats: Carnitas Burrito, no rice, no beans, extra red sauce

I am on a journey to find the best carnitas in DTLA. Roast To Go is located in the Grand Central Market with a dozen other food places. I like to stop by here on my Sunday runs to grab lunch before heading back home. A perfect carnitas burrito must have a lightly buttered grilled tortilla, and juicy carnitas that is not too salty and not tough. This place had the carnitas, but I was a bit put off when they tossed the tortilla in the microwave instead of the grill. It did not matter as much though since the carnitas was outstanding. I would say it's a best of the bunch...so far. Stay tuned.
