Best Western Orlando West, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

Just horrible. It doesn't even deserve a 1 rating. We booked this hotel because it was close to where we were working over 4 day period. The online photos gave the appearance of a dated but clean property. That is not the case. The place was disgustingly dirty and in a horrible neighborhood. We tried to leave after the first night but the disorganized and rude staff was not up to the challenge. We had to request and wait an hour for the manager to get everything was resolved. We eill not be returning...

Food:

Review in progress: front desk didn't have our Priceline reservation, and Grace was very dismissive... The room was nice, but i couldn't get over how disorganized and rude the staff was.

I will say though, that once we got the manager everything was resolved right away.

Will not be returning... Ever.

The staff seem nice and helpful. The hotel is currently under a remodel so some walls seem bare. Regardless, there was no construction noise that I heard. The room was nice (newly remodeled) and clean. Sported imitation wood floors, granite sink tops, mini fridge, cable TV, and balcony. This isn't a luxury hotel but it is good enough for a one or two night stay.

Food:

My room is clean and has been updated recently. Staff is friendly. Breakfast this morning was awesome. Good Southern food as if My Wife had made it. Considering that the restaurant is being remodeled, and we dined in an adjacent room, to be able to serve food of that quality requires dedicated and caring staff. The location was convenient to my seminar which made for a 10 minute drive during non rush hour. Being Spring Break it was a bit noisy last night but quieted down before I finished my work and went to bed. For the price and overall experience I would stay here again. Frank, 3-7-15

We stayed 1 night hoping to get a good nights sleep but when we went to pull back the bedding back we found multiple body hairs in the sheets, after calling the front desk an getting a new room with 2 beds it was the same in both of those beds as well. They gave us new sheets an "WE" had to remake our own bed. The next morning I told the guy at the front desk what had happened and he said he would take 20% off our final bill, after getting home I looked at my pending withdrawals an it turns out they only took 17$ off a 80$ room. Is 2 dollars really that big a deal!! They couldn't even honer 20%!! WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
