Im laying here right now in this dusty filthy room that hasnt been wiped down or dusted in around 20 years...im on top of the comforter because i just dont feel comfortable laying in the bed. This is NOT a two star establishment. Best western needs to pull their franchise asap. I cant even take a shower because of the black mold and mildew and stained dingy towells in the bathroom. I cant believe how badly the photos lie...im so sad for myself right now I just want to cry. I cant wait til morning when I can get the eff out of here and let the many hundreds of roaches have their home back.

This Hotel is very nice I can tell it was recently remodeled, the rooms are small but nice .the staff was friendly the area is close to a lot of shopping and food places... Please do not trust the bad reviews I was very impressed

I will be posting a Vlog on my youtube page about this place pretty soon...i am a travel blogger and all i can say is wow...low class staff, low class management, poor cleanliness, low class area. Saw several dope dealer types. Also FYI... This hotel is one of the many deluded lodging establishments who believe that there is a difference between a prepaid card and a bank debit card. one way that you can circumvent these ignorant people is to get yourself a prepaid card that is issued by one of the major banks.. chase, Wells Fargo, BBVA Compass and a whole host of other banks offer prepaid cards. These dummys will see the bank name and not know the difference.

Seems like every best western i go to is sad and dissapointing and this was no exception. The whole staff is very nonchalant, the room was INFESTED with every creature imaginable and I HATE BUGS! Rat droppings behind the toilet...I feel more than deceived by how they portayed themselves ...NEVER going back to this rathole!

My husband and I had to bring a friend to Dallas for a cornea transplant and needed a place to stay that was close to the facility where the procedure was done. We booked our room via phone and was pleasantly greeted by the staff member. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze and our room was excellent. We were thrilled to get a suite because one of us had to stay awake all night and we needed an area that would not interfere with the two sleeping. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. We also had a great hot breakfast the next morning. Overall, we could not have asked for a better accommodation. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, quiet stay. Thank you BW Plus.
