I'm a pretty tolerable guy so I was willing to give the hotel a chance, the location is great because it's close to everything. However, the first run in was the maintenence people knocking on our door and almost letting themselves in and I had to tell them to come back later. The location is great for Old Market and the Qwest Center, and is close to many attractions.

The building is quite old, has some charm to it -- but the elevator has a mind of it's own, it goes down before it goes up, and up before it goes down. If you ever take the staircase to the 7th floor, the door is broken. The rooms are huge, although the bed wasn't exactly the most comfortable. In the hallway, people were shouting at 1:30 am which isn't the best thing to hear.

The secured parking is nice, but only meant for one vehicle... and can be a hassle if you're going out and someone's coming in. The shuttle service is nice but unless you inform them to come pick you up afterwards, you might as well walk back to the hotel. Breakfast is quite stingy, with a few options. Not bad, but won't stay here again.
