Love the food, but today have the worst $10.00 salad of my life. I ordered the Mediterranean salad small was $5.95 I chose to add a chicken breast to the salad for $4.00 more. What i received was four small pieces of chicken not worth 4 more dollars. Price does not reflect what you get. I work across the street and this is one of my favorite places. Plus online price does not match what they charge. Looks like I need to find a better italian spot that values regular customers. Will post a picture if it let's me.

Service and food were great. Unfortunately, we were charged $3.00 a piece for a refill of hot tea. I felt $6.00 for two tea bags and a cup of hot water was ridiculous. This just left a bad feeling with us.

WARNING! PROCED WITH CAUTION!
I arrived today to eat and for the most part the few other times ive went food was decent enough for me to come back. However today the worse thing possible happened to me that could happen too you. I came to get a pizza and as usual I parked at the new lot beside the actual resturaunt what was a bread store signs posted everywhere "parking for customers only" ok I should be good right? Wrong...after exiting my vehicle I went next door to a store to get money off my card to make sure I had enough no sooner than I walk into store to get my money people all laughing that someone got towed. I didnt think it was me. Wrong again they towed my vehicle for parking where I was supposed to and walking to get cash to eat at this place. I then call the police thinking it was a city mistake I was then imformed that it was the owner who towed me and that the police had nothing to do with it. I then contact the owner of betta's Will and drove too meet him and told him he had me towed and I was coming there to eat...he then said theres nothing he can do some guy sits across the street and calls tow on anyone who doesnt go straight into bettas. And proceeded to curse at me and act as if I was trying to con him to getting money or something from him cussing me in front of his other customers (like I wasnt embarrassed enough) I informed him I wanted nothing from him only asked him to change one of his 20 signs of no parking to include one that states my customers need to let me know if they plan on going anywhere else. He laughed at me refused walked away and told me how his father was somehow inspiring him to do this. Well unless you have 98 bucks to park dont go here dominos is right down the street cheaper and they wont tow you if you come to eat there and need to walk somewhere off property for any reason prior to and after eating. This guy has some kinda deal worked out to tow people who patron the store next to the former bread store. So I got caught in a owner feud over parking. I warn others.... the owner is not a good person to ridicule his own customers who was showing him respect in making a complaint over his childish but very expensive ways not only did I not get my familys food tonight but I got taken for 98 bucks that shouldve fed my children not his and the other owners fued.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

My first experience there was terrible, but I thought i'd give it another shot as I had heard the food was good. Again, a complete let-down. The owner is unprofessional, unorganized, and incredibly rude. He was stomping about in the kitchen huffing and puffing, yelling at his employees and cursing. He stormed right out of the kitchen and continued his tantrum through the dining room when I was there.

The first time we got there on a weekend evening. An hour and a half after we came in, we realized we had been passed up for the second time to be seated in favor of larger parties. After begging for a table, we were seated in a crowded dining room and promptly forgotten about. We eventually had to request service and periodically had to wave down the waitress for refills and remind her about our orders. They then lost our ticket and we got our dinner almost an hour later. When I finally brought it up to the owner, he got defensive and frustrated... we gave up.

I came back a few weeks later during the middle of the week for an early dinner and had a sandwich with a side of tuna salad. By the way, if anything in the display case isn't visibly labeled, or is in a small bowl, DONT EAT IT! I wish my friend had told me that BEFORE I tried that scary tuna salad. The final straw is when I bit into my sandwich and found mold on some of the vegetables. I got up to leave and got an earful of the owner telling a customer rather loudly to not tell him how to run his business on the way out.

Overall, Bettas is an over-hyped local place with slow service and a rude owner.
Don't waste your money.
