The WORST place you can go. NEVER let the valet service park your car. I let them park my car and they park it in another spot outside the restaurant parking. The other spot had no security at all, no camera and not enough lights. If you park on the road is more secure than where they put my car. When I want there to the car (and not just mine) it was broken. My personal bag hidden in the backseats was stolen. Only the driver saw me hiding it. I suspect that it was a very well inside coordinated job because everything was suspicious. I lost my work laptop and tablet. No one took responsibility. Some guys who worked there sad that this has happens many times ago and it was a new thing. Communication with managers was just a waste of time. Nothing! I am very sad but what to do ...Personally I will never go there anymore! Biagio sucks!

Don't go there, this place stinks! The management is very nice to You at first but then, when the party goes on they do not want to take responsibility for mess and bad work! They spelled wrong my son's name on a billboard, then the food was cold and it wasn't enough for everybody and the waitress didn't bother to ask guest if they want more. Before people finished diner they started to clean tables, from everything, starting from silverware, glass, plates and wine. The tables were empty around 10 o'clock, My Family package didn't include sweet table, but I could bring my own cakes and cookies, they promised to cut the cakes and set up sweet table. When the party started they brought my cakes and cookies in a baking pans, just like I brought them day before- what a joke! Banquet Hall and cakes in a baking pans, like on the picnic!! Bartending sucks, mean and with disrespect for guests. I'm very disappointed with them, this place used to be very good and nice, but now it's only a fraud!

I had my wedding reception here. The coordinators were awesome. I had so little to worry about, because the food, venue, and cake were all included in the price. I was so happy with the advice and level of professionalism of the staff. Everyone had a great time and I kept getting compliments on the food and waitstaff and bartending service. A great value for such an important event. They worked with my budget completely and worked with me up until the last day over details and changes. Thumbs up.
