I ordered a slush and the lady got it wrong twice, then refused to let me make a seperate order. Extremely rude when asked to make another order so we called to speak to a manager and they laughed and hung up.

Can't say I got good service since I waited 20 minutes and no one took my order. Moved 3 times and no one answered when I pushed the red button.

Bad customer service. I asked if they were open an employee said NO and it was 9:00pm and they close at 12:00am . When we got down I asked the employee why the lights were off she said that they DIDN'T want it to get busy. WHO IS THE MANAGER of this LOCATION? ? ? We still got down and ordered and they served us. The General Manager in charge in that location need to review the employees and the acting Manger in charge. Turning light off will give you no customers but its also bad for business. Not going to that location again. I'm sticking to the one near my home.

The lady taking my order didn't know what I was asking for, as I was reading it off of the menu. I was then asked five times if I was sure I didn't want tomatoes in my burrito. When I got to the car, I realized I didn't get any sauce for my chicken, so I went back and asked for some. Five minutes later I asked again and finally recieved it. Just a very slow process for fast food.

Told me I couldn't reverse park in. I was told to leave. My Window was broken on my drivers side and they didn't care. I've been to other sonics and they've gladly accepted my service. I will complain to headquarters
