My waitress Alex is the greatest waitress to grace the face of waitressing. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and under duress excelled in helping my party.

Food:

The food is decent enough, but what sets this place apart are the sheer quantity of TVs. There are huge projection screens up front so you don't miss any action but there are smaller screens everywhere so you don't have to strain your neck looking around. They have golden tee and many other games including pool.

The food is great but I spent 20 mins waiting for someone to take my order and all I see are the waitresses servicing the men and talking to them. Dissapointed.

Love a sampler they serve.and service is great for me.maybe people need to tip better to get good service.remember these girls work for a living.like Fridays talent show.lol.watching sports with friends and having a beer with all the nice waitresses tending to you . you'll have to check it

one of my good friends goes there almost every friday for Karaoke. Ive been there couple of times, but from my experience , the chicken wings are amazing, and the queso dip, their beer is not cold as I would like it to be, so I wont drink the beer, but even the drinks like rum n coke are very weak,hardly no liquor, the waitress forgot about us the whole time, but we made the best of it, but the service is not that great! but i can say the same thing about wal mart lol , now if Big Sam 's wants to be compared to the evil , crappy wal mart well then they will never change , but if they want to actually have good reviews they would change their whole management.. get new staff, new bartenders cause the girl they have there is very rude, and better cooks.. i cant believe knowing all the bad reviews u would think the owner would do something, but then again someone like me will end up going there again like a dummy, but its for a get together .. booooo but im getting the chicken wings ,. come on Big Sam's !!! i really, really, really , want to liek ya'll ..lol
