Its ok but not nutin to write home about

Food was ok. Staff didn't know what they were doing...they all acted like it was their first day on the job. It took them 20 minutes just to take 7 peoples orders. When they brought out my boyfriends food, they apparently forgot that i had ordered some as well and i had to prove it with my receipt. 10 minutes later they brought out half of my order. When i questioned where the fries were they took ALL my food back to the kitchen, bringing it back out with fries 5 minutes later. By that time, everybody else was almost done eating. The ladies restroom was out of order so we had to use the mens room which was filthy. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty....carpet was stained black everywhere, spills not cleaned up, just very nasty. I'm sure they are in violation of numerous health code violations.

My husband said their ribs were like heaven! They were very friendly.

Food was amazing and the staff rocked. Their BBQ is definitely on point. Has a nice charm to it.

Very poor customer service !!!! Food was great but staff just stands around playing grab A** while customers wait for the food. Waited 20 minutes for food when they were not even busy.
Do not go here unless you have a lot of time to spend standing around waiting. I even called back to share this experience with the manager and a worker would not let me speak to him. Blocking the complaint from reaching management. Poorly trained staff.
