This place is closed down now. We ordered 2 Groupons for this place and now we can't use them and Groupon won't refund our money until they confirm they are closed. They called the owner and he said he would reopen by June 20th, 2015 but this still hasn't happened. There's even an article online stating the place is closed and he is selling to D.O.T..

Food:

I went there with my family for me and my brothers birthday. We were seated right away. We had a very friendly and helpful waitress named Michelle. She made are experience there fun. The food was very good and service was good.

Have been to this restaurant before, but the most recent visit was my last time. Food was so so, but when I ordered the chicken. Not only did it come out after others at my table were eating, the breast was undercooked. The restaurant was almost empty, so I wonder what happens when they are busy. Raw chicken is a no no to me.

Nothing but BS when it comes down to an overcharge on a credit card. They overcharge for the meal I ordered then, and yes, partially my fault for not looking at the bill, rang it up. I noticed it BEFORE signing the slip. They redid the bill and said they would charge the $33.99 back to my account. TWO WEEKS and I have since called more than once and yet still no $33.99 in my account. So now I get to contact my bank and write this scathing review. After seeing the other reviews, I wish I had seen them sooner. Never would have gone. So just another word of advice, do not do it! Do not go there!

Food:

My aunt and I went to Bigg's on Decembmber 14th. Our experience was great. Firstly our waitress, Jasmine, should be commended on her knowledge of the specials, coming to our table at just the right times and generally making sure that we were taken care of. We were very impressed and extremely happy. As for our food, we chose to have the 2 for 20. With this you get an appetizer and two entrees.My aunt got the steak which was cooked the way she asked and that came with a salad and a bread basket which we split. Our appetizer was the cheese quesadilla and that wasn't lacking in anyway. I chose to have the chicken fingers basket with waffle fries (I almost got the tater tots which I love). It was all very delicious. The hostess was awesome. And like I mentioned before, our waitress was super impressive. It was a lovely Saturday night out.
