Every time i go there, the fries are seriously undercooked or just old and wilted.
I've called and complained but the same problem still exists.
What's so hard about deep frying fries to a PROPER temperature and consistency?
Also, when I ask for EXTRA LEAN brisket, they try to squeeze in some marble.
My point is, I don't get what I ask and pay for.
