I've been going to this specific B&R's for several years for their Muffulettas. However, every time I've called an order in, they fail to start making it until I arrive to pick it up. It's not that they are purposely waiting, but they make the orders of everyone that walks into the store after I call ahead of my call-in order, even people that came in AFTER I did. I expressed this observance to the cashier, who indicated it's just that way during lunch and apologized for my wait(meaningless, because the error was purposeful). Although the other employees heard my complaint, they had no response and no one offered any form of compensation. This time, the call taker asked when I would like to pick up my order. I told him in about 10 minutes. He said it would be ready. I waited for another 10-15 minutes after I got there. I can get good muffulettas elsewhere, so I told them I would not be back.
