At first when i saw the restaurant from the outside i wasn't really convinced of trying out their food because it seemed to be like an old restaurant. However, right when i opened the entrance door my perspective totally changed.

This restaurant its perfect for a romantic dinner because its kind of dark and small. the hamburgers of this place are amazing really tasty and big. I don't really think that this is a restaurant for kids because they might get bored its more like for couples or when you want to have a peaceful dinner.

Food:

This is one of my old favorites. With great steak and lobster for a resonable price. The Prime Rib is delicious and you get a full meall! If your looking for a great place to take Mom for Mothers Day, this is it. Oh yeah, carefull, they make a real drink here!!

Good old style steak house in west LA neighborhood. It is NOT michelin three star place but you can enjoy a nice dinner within a tight budget. I love this place!

Been eating here 10 years. It's a special place. I love it here. Classic American menu. Strong drinks by old school bartenders. Just had the same waitress I had 10 years ago.

Great food. Great pedigree. Fun old-school servers. Little or no ambiance, but who cares? Big bar. Early Bird specials. Easy parking. Funky party room (your mom's converted garage) for a great time. The Expo Line will run right behind it, which will be...interesting. I have been going for years. New owners a few years back. No changes at all. If you want the "best" go to Maestros or Pacific Dining Car. If you want a great steak and salad with outstanding Green Goddess dressing, you will not go wrong. If you are fancy, its not for you.
