Looking at reviews and noticed most of these posts are rather lame. It's been a while since i've stopped by but seriously 1&1/2 stars? Pretty good burger that I remember. Going back soon so I can correct their ratings, if deserved...?

Food:

Music so loud you can't have a conversation
Juke box allows for someone to pay extra to skip the songs you've already paid for. I complained and the waiter did give me my money back. (but I wanted to hear my song!)
DJ only plays rap. He would take requests but wouldn't play them. (Ugh! When will rap die?!)
Because it's a bar, I don't expect much, but the food is subpar even for bar food
The only reason that I am giving it 2 stars because it's close to my house and when I am desperate I can walk there.

Family of four, in the mood to try something new. After looking up reviews for Mojo and Jams, my husband suggested Billy Frogg's and we decided to try it WITHOUT a review search. This is NOT a family friendly place. No one was eating food at 6pm on a Thursday, only drinking. It is very dark--we chose a booth for comfort and because it had a hanging light. My husband did ask if we should leave but I thought, no let's give it a shot. After we ordered drinks (I ended up having water because the waitress couldn't tell me what beers they had bottled other than domestics) the music started. It was Metal, Grunge, Hard Rock just nonstop drums and way too loud. Almost impossible to carry on a conversation.

I would've given it one star, but the food was actually pretty good. But we almost didn't get dinner because the waitress brought us appetizers (chicken tenders and chips and queso which were OK) and said "can I get you anything else?" Guess munchies are what the crowd usually wants. We didn't have anything fancy. My husband enjoyed his burger and my daughter and I had BLTs which were quite tasty. But the food was NOT good enough to deal with that atmosphere again.

HORRIBLE!!! My wife and I ordered the steak salad and the pork tenderloin sandwich. The steak on the salad was served at room temp. Hello food poisoning. It was also missing the sauteed mushrooms promised on the menu.

The pork tenderloin tasted like it was pulled out of a freezer and thrown into a microwave. Of course we sent the food back. But, when we got our check we saw that we were still charged for the slop!

This was all on top of our waitress being incompetent and rude. Don't ever go here. Save your money and sanity!!!
