I've tried Bahn Mi from here to The Bay to Hanoi and these, along with Saigon Sandwitch in the Tenderloin in SF are the very best.

There are a few tables but most customers do take out. Whoever stole the outdoor table and chairs BRING THEM BACK!
These vietnamese version of a submarine sanwich are amazing. They have the best French bread in town and the ingredients are all fresh. Very inexpensive and you can try one of the unique beverages such as an aloe vera or white birds nest fungus drink.
