Great New Chef, awesome service and consistently great food. Best trout in Tulsa, great filets, and a staff that will make any modification possible to accomodate particular needs. The Bisto has been consistently good for over a decade- and like a fine wine seems to be getting better with age.

This is my favorite restaurant in Tulsa! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. You can't lose. My favorite are the lettuce wraps - they are so good!

I have dined at The Bistro for several years, but have noticed a decline in service and quality of food. The past few times I've visited, my order was not prepared correctly, the staff was rude and not attentive and the manager is great about taking your plate away before you're finished eating. Horrible service, in my opinion. I will not go back any time soon!
