Terrible experience on Easter Sunday! The buffet was very mediocre- half the food trays were empty and we had to ask for more, hot food was cold, the restaurant was full of dirty tables that hadn't been cleared yet, we had to ask twice for silverware- just a very disappointing experience! We checked online and the website said $27.95 for brunch, when we got our bill is said $45 per person! Our waiter said it was because it's "Easter Brunch". The menu for brunch ws exactly the same on Easter as every other sunday! I checked the website! So why am I paying an extra $17? THEN, they automatically tacked on a 20% gratuity! There were only 2 of us, why would they add the gratuity into a party of 2?! They say that is customary on special occassions! Why would I tip 20% when I had to wait 15 minutes for silverware?! Only the 2nd time ever that my husband and I actually complained at a restaurant- WORST RESTAURANT EVER

Went there on Valentines Day only to find out that there were only 4 choices for the main course along with appetizers and 2 for desserts. For what I paid for, the Lobster Raviolli was probably one of the worst dishes that I have ever had. My husband's main course was not any better. Tasted as though they had left the food sitting on a warmer for at least an hour or so. The waitress was very nice but the table that we were seated at was probably the noisiest place in the room since it was next to the kitchen entrance where the wait staff was constantly rushing to and from. There should not even be a table near that entrance especially if this is supposed to be some sort of an upscale dining area. One of the wait staff was constantly grumbling as he walked to and from the kitchen entrance area. If you want an upscale dining experience, this is not the place to go IMHO. I will give the restaurant 2 stars mainly b/c we had a very good waitress. Other than that, I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

My wife and I are regulars. Usually opting for lunch due to the very reasonable prices. The service and food have never, ever, been anyting but five star. My wife only orders the pistachio encrusted Chile Relleno. Watching her eat this is reminiscent of the famous restaurant scene with Meg Ryan in 'When Harry Met Sally' - okay slight exageration, but you know what I mean. I have to admit, this dish is one of the best things I have ever eaten - it's not always on the dinner menu, but if you ask, they will prepare it for you. Everything I have tried, from fish, to chicken, to Lamb, to beef is cooked to perfection, every time. The breads and salads are always perfect. Since BKK Narita closed down, this is the only consistently great restaurant left in the southwest part of town - a lot of good restaurants, but this is in a class by itself.
