01/20/2016 10:27 amYou can "find your inner Parisian" courtesy of "real French food" at this Gold Coast bistro where the small, medium and large plates include a mix of classic and more original dishes; the space has a "cozy" yet "modern" feel with red accents and lots of wood, and there's also a "beautiful" patio. |

06/14/2015 2:02 pmGreat meal! Well prepared with fresh ingredients. Seared tuna was a tiny bit overcooked for our taste, but still great. Baked Alaska dessert felt like a little bit of an afterthought. Friendly service and great atmosphere. |

03/23/2015 6:17 pmWe had dinner here last Thursday night. The staff was very professional. The owner chef was engaging and the French food was very authentic. Truly one of the best meals we have ever had. |

03/16/2015 5:27 pmI had been searching for a go-to French restaurant in Chicago for a while—after dining here for lunch during Restaurant Week, I concluded that I found that restaurant. For our starter, we had the celeriac soup, which was a delicious, rich soup made with celery root. I had the duck for my main, and the profiteroles for my dessert. What I liked about Bistronomic was that their dishes were French dishes served with a modern twist. Service was good (slightly slow near the end when we were waiting for our dessert), and the waiter was cute with his French accent. Slightly annoyed that the final charge applied to my credit card was off by a few dollars, but I’m going to give the waiter the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake (only because he was cute). |

06/11/2014 7:43 pmBottomless mimosa brunch... Yes, I'm a fan! Made a reservation on Saturday morning at 10:30am but probably didn't need it. The place didn't get crowded until about 11 and then by the time we left at noon there was a wait. The weather was also so nice out that we sat on the patio, which is first come first serve. Also, warning, the patio is small, probably seats 6 on one end, 6 on the other, and maybe 8 on high boys. However, the staff is VERY accommodating and figured out a way to get a large party out there without disrupting the foot traffic. |
