06/28/2015 9:46 pmThis place is good but too pricey for what you get. As expected, the food was heavy on the cream and cheese is an overall delicious way. However, portions are way too small. The decor and ambiance are really cool, though. The servers are very matter-of-fact without being too brusque or overattentive. If only the place was a bit cheaper I'd give it more stars. |

05/07/2015 2:46 amGood food, a very friendly and fun environment all made this French meal a good experience! It wasn't like Disney's "Be Our Guest" (a French dinner which I am still hoping to experience once in my life), but I left wanting to try more French food! |

09/09/2014 7:04 pmLove this place. If you are looking for a true French bistro in DC this is it. The food is good, and classic. They wont try anything crazy, it's traditional French food. The decor is a little funky, but nothing different than a village restaurant in France. The service can be very French, but it doesn't bother me. The food is really good quality, and I've had a dish there once or twice that remind me of my mother's cooking. It's probably the one place I have found in DC that really has some of the less well know French dishes that I crave. |

11/23/2015 5:00 pmBrace yourself for a rollicking atmosphere at this genuine French bistro in Dupont Circle serving a hearty traditional menu (think mussels, escargot) washed down with great house wine; it's the kind of place where a songfest is liable to break loose any minute, so those seeking a quieter repast show up in the early afternoon. |
