We had a very good time and the food was awesome. Our waiter kept coming back to the table to check on us so we would definitely come back. Thank you Ben for excellent service

Visited this place about a week ago and waiter hardly even stopped by our table to check up on us. We were a group of 4 and menus were taken right out of our hands which sent us a bad message. Our waiter was as well attending other tables around us and his mood was very different than towards us. Asking for a refill and box to go was hard because we did not want to bother him no more than what we were hardly even asking. It felt as in we hadn't even been attended, unfortunately we are all waitresses and a smile could of helped. Food is delicious though.

My bf and I went there after a long day and the experience was great! I accidently ordered the wrong item but the waiter was very understanding and brought out my order again in a reasonable time. I felt so bad but he was so sweet about the whole thing. We both had gotten burgers and they were delicious! We were very stuffed and happy by the time we left.

Also their strawberry lemonade is the BOMB!!!

Our waitress was very personable and good to deal with, but somewhere between ordering and receiving our meals we didn't get our soups or salads.

But overall great experience.
If you want upscale bar atmosphere this is the place to be.

Firehouse beer was pretty good for a Michelob golden light drinker.

Absolutely horrible service. Went here last night this isnt my first time here. I have brought many clients along with co workers here to eat. I usually go every other week and have tabs from $500-$1000 for our company. I will not longer be going to this restaurant. Last night we walked in at 8:00PM with a group of 6 including a 3 year old. They sat us down quickly took our drink order. Well 30 minutes later we got our first round of drinks. They dropped off the drinks we were ready to order but they just walked away. Our waiter finally returned 10 minutes later to take our order. Keep in mind we have a 3 year old who is ready to eat. We were thinking we were going to be in and out in about an hour. Yes it was a Friday night but this place was not that busy. We placed our orders, everyone at the table by now was finished with their first round of drinks. its now 8:40 we just placed our food order and finished our first round. Well our waiter goes MIA for another 15-20minutes. By now its about 9;00PM there is very few people here now many open tables waiters and waitresses standing around. So our waiter finally comes around asking if we want another round of drinks. We get our second round much faster now. So time is going by people who sat down after us have gotten there food ate and have left. The 3 year old we are with is now so tired and hungry hes starting to get upset. So I stand up and walk to the front asking for a manager. The Manager walks out I explain whats been going on. I never have done this before I haven't had this bad of service so i was kinda of hesitant. The manager apologized and that was it. I explained how i come in a lot and spend a lot of money here and find this ridiculous. Well by now our food is coming out its now 9:45PM. I am so frustrated that I lost my urge to eat. What makes me even more mad is the fact the manager didn't even walk over and apologize to our table or offer us any type on compensation. The table behind us was 4 kids they messed up one kids order and didn't even put what he wanted in. Absolutely terrible. This is now how you run a restaurant it made me so mad that I am taking time out of my Saturday to right this. Please hire better staff and get rid of your manager that cant even do his job correctly.
