Food was good, customer service was not so good. During Mother's Day, we made a reservation and they still made us wait 45 minutes.

Happy was cool and refreshing... definitely return for that menu specials... Staff service was tremendous...

Went for my friends 21st dinner! Our first waiter ordered our drinks, but wasn't able to answer my questions about beer, which was a bit disappointing considering I'm Czech and I just want a good pilsner. Then they switched waiters and the second guy was funny and friendly, but what got me the most is that at the end he lagged on bringing us our change... Then apologized and said he'll bring the change as soon as possible, and then he dares to come over and say "I noticed y'all put down extra change, did you want me to bring it?" Excuse me? That is so rude and unprofessional... It disgusts me how waiters try to trick you to get their extra tip. We would have left the change if he would have just brought it back.. Terrible waiter etiquette. Food was good though.

I had the Kale and Brussels sprouts salad topped with blackened salmon. This was some of the best salmon I've had in a long time. The whole salad was really good; a real surprise. Beer was great. Service at the bar was great too. Highly recommended.

We are in San Jose visiting, and eat at BJ's consistently in our hometown. This happened to be my husband's birthday.

The pizza here was definitely the worst I've ever had at a BJ's and maybe the worst in my life. The "hand tossed" was crispy thin, burnt, and literally had zero sauce even though it should have. The manager was making the rounds and after discussing our experience with him, he made it clear that he could not care less: he didn't offer to do anything for us. Our server forgot to bring us our beers. It was a very disappointing evening, and a birthday to boot.
