Went here on several occasions and truly enjoyed myself! Delicious food and friendly servers. The pazookie is a must try!

I've always loved BJ's. We've had good service in the past and the food was always up to par.
Last week, my wife and I went to have lunch. She ordered a salad with salmon, and I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Her salmon came out raw, so we sent it back. I was done with my food before she even got her plate. We never had a manager come over to apologize, her plate wasn't compensated, nor did we even get a discount!! I just find this to be poor business. She had to sit and watch me eat, then I had to sit and watch her eat! We were late to the event we had planned afterward, and it was just an overall bad experience. Had that been the first time I had eaten there, it would've been the last and there would only be 1 star on this rating. I'm trying to be polite though and give the benefit of the doubt since this was the first time we had an issue there. I just don't find that kind of service to be inexcusable.

Slow start, I kinda picked a crappy table in the bar and was ready to walk out. But my server Chantelle, was truly a pleasant person, great attitude and made it a good experience.
Pizza was good, salad was the right portion, brought out cheese crumbles.
Beer was good, Hoppy IPA.
I'm hard to please, travel all the time.
Good meal and I'll be back.

Awesome food and craft beers to go with it. Good ambiance. Always had incredible service at any BJs as well.

Cool place, great decor. They have a large menu, for all sorts of dietary needs. Service is okay. I've had great experiences here, and also some horrible ones. The root beer is great!
