This is my favourite store to visit. You can try any tea/coffee variety they have, the owner is always polite and knows what he's talking about. If you want something that will give you energy, ask. You'll get pointed in the right direction.

I would never, ever do business here again. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The owner should know better than to treat a customer that way!

One of my favorite things to do in Gatlinburg is to visit the Black Bear Tea Store. The staff is knowledgeable and very good in directing customers to the proper teaware and, of course, tea. One nice feature is that you can buy prepackaged loose leaf tea in 2 oz. packages. That lets you try many different flavors for a lot less money. And, they sell via the internet!
