I'm usually just fine with language barriers, but all three of the employees didn't speak english, and each of them asked us separately what our order was. They couldn't tell me what was in the chow mein I ordered. Couldn't understand any questions.There was a lot of meat and veggies in my chow mein, which was good, but the fried rice was bland and the bbq pork was GARBAGE. The lovers eggplant is still very good, however.

Food is well prepared and served. Good service. Friendly help at the restaurant. Quick delivery.

15 minutes from phone call to delivery. Best sesame chicken and chow mein I have had in a long time. Tonight this place gets five stars.

I've never given an online rating, never mind full disclosure of my name... but... this needs to be said. When ordering take out... I was hung up on and then put on hold 3 times... order taken...delivery tip given... only to realize at the table that only half of the order delivered.

After calling restaurant to deliver missing items (with hungry visitors waiting) we had to wait about 30 min before receiving a phone call from the restaurant saying.. our driver is mad at the restaurant for messing up the order and is refusing to deliver your food. Are you kidding me? We have hungry people waiting for food we paid for.

During that call - the guy on the phone "accidentally" hang up on us. When I asked to speak to the manager (David) I was told he'd have to call me back. Still no word.

We've given this business years of business - but not anymore.

Food:

The staff is very friendly. I go here regularly for lunch. The lunch special gives good portions with a nice assortment of sides to choose. I'm not sure why other reviewers have given it such poor reviews. The food is great quality for the price.
