My boyfriend and I ate in last night and the experience was pretty good. We waited over an hour for our pizzas but they were really busy so I understand (and they adjusted our bill very nicely). We both ordered 12" pizzas with two different halves and everything was AMAZING. I mean honestly this was some of the best pizza either of us have ever had. The toppings were so fresh and gosh I could go on and on. I would definitely go back but at a slower time because since their attention on the Food Network they haven't had a chance to expand their kitchen yet (words from the manager).

YUCK! We get this stuff catered in for work lunches all too often, and it is simply gross. They are trying to be a coal-fired copy of Pizza Luce, but I think I'd rather eat the coal and skip the middle man.

My boyfriend and I each ordered a 12 inch pizza of our own liking for leftovers and I must say, some of the best I've every had. I ordered pepperoni and white mushrooms while my boyfriend had Persian beef, feta cheese, and hot salami. With two pizzas and two draft beers, it only came to $35. We'll be back when we come back to Minneapolis!

It is pizza. Pizza is never bad. This pizza is not good. The crust was soggy yet burnt. There were a ton of pieces of salami on the pizza. I'm sure many Midwesterners love endless toppings, but for a thin crust pizza, too many salty toppings can actually detract from the pizza's tasty simplicity.

The location is clean. The servers were really nice and fixed our order when they brought out the incorrect pizza. Service was fast on a Monday evening.

The house white wine was pretty bad. Really acidic and I vomited once I got home.

I visited the Black Sheep because of the review on " Best Thing I Ever Ate " and was so pleased I did. Was a toss up of 2 choices once I looked over the menu but my bar tender offered the best of both worlds by suggesting 1/2 & 1/2, Fennel Sausage, Hot Salami, Onion, and Cracked Green Olive - Oyster Mushrooms, Smoked Mozzarella, Rosemary , and Garlic (no sauce ) large, world of perfection thin crust pizza.

The atmosphere was perfect for a weekday night, not loud and crazy. Beer choices of local micro brews were enticing but went with a draft root beer which hit the spot. Can't wait for my next visit to Minneapolis, will definitely make my way back every visit.
