Terrible service. Called in for 2 burritos and still waited half an hour. Do not come here if you expect fast service.

My Fiancé got fired for not keeping up her store.
And the way this store stands with quality and customer service, is poor.
The store was filthy like it was located in a bad part of Albuquerque.
I had to return my food twice because they did not prepare the burger correctly.

This manager of this store either needs a new position or needs to be removed.

Blakes is losing money at this location.

Horrible customer service. Food has become terrible. The breakfast burritos are the only good things here anymore but they are strict about stopping at 11. I called in a burrito order at 10:45 only to be told they stop at 11. I mentioned it wasn't 11 and they just kept repeating themselves. Whataburger is a much better company, has better service and food!

This place has been in a constant state of flux for years. I can't be patient any more. Today was my last visit. Called in an order on my way to work at 7:17am. The guy on the phone said ten minutes. I got there a little early so I paid an waited. Time went by and I had to stand in line after fifteen minutes of waiting in the store, after paying, to ask where my order was. I got to the front and the kid behind the counter looks at me, reaches under the counter grabs my order and tosses it to me. I actually asked him if it had been under the counter the whole time and he just ignored me. He's the only guy not wearing a name tag who spends more time talking about his fresh tattoo than doing his job. Finally left at 7:47am.
