Had me on hold for half an hour bad service

I have a problem mostly with the night crew, since i go in mostly at night. There is a manager named Juanita who i have seen not follow alot of Blake's policies. Just for one example:I saw open chip bag and drinks on the counter, that every one ate out of.(there has been more; not answering phone, impolite costumer service etc.) I've managed a Blake's before, and the way this night crew works cant be right. Nit only right but the way they make you feel is unfair. You are uncomfortable there:they speak Spanish thinking you don't understand that it's about you. They always tend to mess up my order when I go by forgetting something or putting something I didn't ask for. I go to the Blake's on Osuna out of my way just to avoid this location..
Hated my experience.

consistant and delicious, I have 3 blakes closer to me and cross the river to get my order at this one.

Super friendly! We placed a special order for takeout and they were very friendly and made sure to package everything separately so we can take it back to Denver.

They dont answer the phone and they allways get the order rong
