This is the Cadillac of coffee shops. Super quality food and drinks. May cost a hair more than I am used to but worth every penny.

If you are looking for a coffee shop, don't go to the Blend. Nothing about this place makes it worth your trip. There are minimum purchases for credit card usage and wifi. Their black coffee tastes burned, and the premium drinks are mediocre. The atmosphere is dirty and a bit hokey. It is not conducive to studying or having a more private conversation. The worst aspect about this place is the service. Today I showed up and purchased a regular mocha. I was rudely told, "It's gonna be a while, there are other orders in front of yours". After a half an hour, and seeing other people behind me get their drinks, I finally walked up to the counter and asked about my mocha. I was snapped at. After receiving my coffee, I was uncomfortable and felt like my behavior was being monitored by the staff. I considered leaving, which in retrospect, I wish I had! The staff moves very slowly and makes no effort to accomodate you. Ironically, you can hear them complain about how business is going among customers! Personally I recommend the Coffee House downtown. It is worth the drive and you won't be stared down by the management!

It really doesn't deserve to be called a coffee shop as it has very gas station-esque coffee, and uses powdered mixes. The decor is terrible, and the service is bad. Go if you have low standards, otherwise would not recommend.

The coffee was ok, no where near the standard quality I've come to expect from places like The Mill & Meadowlark. But the service here is poor, the interior very dirty & disheveled, and the prices are extremely high. Not to mention the owner yelled at me for taking a couple pennies out of the standard dish marked "Give A Penny Take A Penny" container, telling me it was her barista's tip jar, & when I suggested that perhaps they should have a jar marked "TIPS" she told me her employees didn't want a tip jar & if I had a problem with that I should never come back! Well, she's right, I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a place that treats it's customers properly. *RIDICULOUS*

My server was terribly rude. I would snap back at her but I just feel sorry for someone like that. It wasn't just me either. An elderly couple in front of me were at the register in front of me. They walked away before they picked up their credit card receipt. The woman ripped out the receipt and rolled her eyes and said, "HERE [person's name]" (I have no idea how this woman ever got to be on a first name basis with the couple). I once called the blend and the woman snapped. "I want you to know, you ARE calling during a restaurant's rush hour." Woman needs to either take a long vacation or stop drinking so much effing coffee.
All that having been said, the manager actually seems pleasant.
