Wtf? First time come and support gunners. Son of bitch said it full. Waited outside 5 mins to find other bar to watch the game, then he let 2 people in. What kind of business is this bullshit?

Arsenal fans stay away!
For a bar that claims to be NYC's top Arsenal bar they sure didn't treat Arsenal fans well. Terrible service the night before the match. We waited for drinks for about 20 minutes before going elsewhere while the bartender ignored us while on his cell phone. Then, on game day we paid $40 each to take the blind pig's bus with beer and cocktails as advertised to and from red bull arena for the match. We were served warm beer and no mixed drinks and taken to the WRONG STADIUM! A blind pig employee directed the driver to the meadowlands after we had already driven past red bull arena. We were finally dropped off about a mile from the match after the game had already started. When I e-mailed to ask for a refund on our bus tickets we were offered a gift card for the bar instead...no thanks! If you're looking for a bar to watch Arsenal matches in NYC look elsewhere. O'hanlon's is just down the street and a much better experience.

I went to the Blind Pig with my boyfriend for brunch. The reviews seemed good so we figured we would check it out. We got there a little early and they weren't open yet so we waited outside for about ten minutes. When they were finally open, we didn't even know it, 5 after 11 we tested the door and it was open, great. We walked in and we were the only people there, we expected more people to come in, especially because it was Saturday and they had a bottomless mimosa special... Nobody came in... Throughout the whole meal. The waitress came to take our orders and before leaving to the kitchen says, "It's early so I might forget your order and have to come back haha" ... Not funny. She did come back to ask, twice, and she still brought out the wrong food. We were the only table in there, just two of us, really? Also, we asked for a side of fruit for our breakfasts and she comes back to the table and says "The person who usually picks up the fruit isn't here yet so all we have is rock hard honeydew and cantaloupe.." We change our order to home fries and 5 minutes later she brings out the food with the rock hard fruit. She says "just kidding, we do have fruit!" What? The coffee was luke warm and the glasses used for the mimosa were not cleaned, leaving a disgusting wet dog taste after drinking out of it. The whole time we were there, the waitresses were sitting at the bar applying their makeup and gossiping. It took us ten minutes to finally get their attention that we wanted to leave, we ask for the check and the waitress takes one plate and brings it back to the kitchen, then goes back to the bar to apply her makeup.. I'm just like "helloo... The check?" She completely forgot. Never again.

Pretty low key spot with average beer selection and full bar. The food is just ok - nothing too special but it's edible and some of the selections are pretty good (good salads). Check it out if you're in the hood.

Good place to watch sports and NYC's Arsenal football club bar. This place is PACKED on days where Arsenal plays. If you like Arsenal and a bunch of drunk dudes yelling in your ear at 9am - go for it on those days.

I've lived close to the Blind Pig for a few years now, and mostly I've had great experiences here. I love to come here on weeknights because it's slightly less crowded, and the large booths are awesome for group socializing. On weekends, there is usually a DJ near the door, and he is pretty good about taking requests as long as the music fits the mood of the bar (mostly top 40 or 80s/90s/00s). I have some friends who know the bartenders really well, and they are always getting free alcohol. It pays to be a regular!
