Food:

Nice size cafe set up across the street from OTHS. Inside feels like a lab or some sort. Spacious seating throughout the place. I never feel out of place as most people here are independently doing their thing. Allow yourself some time to wait for your drink. AC Transit stop in front.

Food:

Excellent. I went during off hours (10am on a Thursday), so YMMV but my wait was less than two minutes, my barista was very nice, and seemed to genuinely care that I enjoyed my drink. The ovation was light, airy, and generally pleasant to be in.

Food:

This is their newest location in a great old building with high ceilings and open space. Unlike many of the other Blue Bottle locations, they have a full menu (I think only the Mint Plaza location in SF has more hot food items). I always go for their Cappuccino and freshly made Belgium sugar waffle. Delicious.

Another tip, this location has lots of unique beans and brewing options.

Food:

Everything you've heard about the coffee is true. The black coffee is delicious with a very strong full body flavor. The signature drink is the New Orleans style ice coffee. It's hard to go back to regular iced coffee after trying one.

The pastries are amazing as well. The anise shortbread and saffron cookie are near perfect.

This is an incredibly unique coffee experience. An experience for all coffee lovers! Just when I thought I had seen all the Blue Bottle magic, I stumble across the Oakland store and am blown away. A coffee machine repair shop inside the Blue Bottle?! With all the espresso machines and tools on display! Not to mention, the most perfect mochas.
