I liked their fish and chips during the happy hour specials. What happened it is now closed and for sale?

Took forever for the waiter to acknowledge that we were there and was not that nice once we were waited on. When the food came out it was cold and not anything to write home about. The next day I noticed they had ran my debit card more than once freezing up all my vacation funds for a week. I went back and the manager was not very professional about the situation and offered no solution.

Food:

Called for the comedy show and was told all was good. Show up and now being told there are no shows till the following week due to a lacrosse function. Very poor management and customer service.

We've eaten here for the last 3 years in a row. Service was good and the food was excellent every time. Not a single complaint from anyone at the table, not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. We'll be back next year!!!!

My wife and I tried to eat here tonight. We were seated in the bar area which was maybe half full. Definitely not busy. We waited, and waited, and waited...no one ever came over to greet us or ask about drinks. So after 10 minutes we left and went to Higgins Crab House...another disappointment.
