Chef Gene Briggs "consistently hits Mediterranean-inspired high notes" in dishes with "tasteful presentations" at this Uptown spot that's in a "great location" for those with tickets to the symphony or a show nearby (the restaurant itself has live jazz Wednesday–Saturday); add in a curvy, contemporary setting that's urbane and "romantic", and most feel it's "worth a splurge."
