Blue Willow Restaurant, Tucson, Arizona, Family Style Restaurant Details

The best place I ever been. The Blue Willow, if you food issues of any kind. This place is where you like to dine. Had dinner there Wednesday night, the best I have every had.

Horrible place!!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!! Horrible food!!!! Don't get all the hype! Forced to go there maybe 6 times in my life and the food was subpar at best and don't get me started about the hooooorrrible service!

I dont understand all of the good reviews. I get that on the weekends it will be super busy so Im not complaining about that, but for the wait the food should be good. The food is not anything exciting. Your average pancakes and breakfast burrito; no better than a Dennys IMO. I also had their coffecake and it had no taste to it. There are great places popping up all over Tucson like Prep and Pastry and tons of good places downtown. I get that they have been around awhile and I can tell, the menu is really stale and outdated. Plus the food doesnt taste very good. Do people not know good food when they taste it?

Great Food, great people. Tasty and delicious.

People milling around the gift shop are obnoxious as you try to get in or get out ... They need a clearer path to cash register and to tables.

Basically ignored. Sat for about 15 mins. I was the only person in their Indoor room. Two other parties sat down, waitress came by and took their orders, but walked right by me without a word. Got up paid for my coffee and juice and left. Ate there with my wife oncology , she's White. But I guess being Mexican, I'm only allowed to work as bus boy, but can't be served!! Bummer, food was really good first time . Guess I have to go with a white person to be served.
