Really enjoy the food however cranky waitresses ruined this place for us (waitress Pam called us obnoxious because we asked about specials and refused to refill our coffees). Only other waitress was overheard also insulting the table next to us. Management should really do something about waitresses, we love the food

Get a new manager, she sucks! Normally, we love going here every weekend, it's an easy going atmosphere, food is decent and staff is usually friendly. However, the last two times we've gone, it has not been the same. We sat down and a waitress came up to let us know she'd be our waitress, we got some coffee and told her we just needed a few minutes to look over the menu; she never came back, fifteen minutes later we asked another waitress where she was, she wasn't sure but took over our table. When I let the manager know, she said that it was because she was in the middle of a shift change. Well that is understandable but maybe you should consider reassigning a new server to the table so you don't leave your customers high and dry? Manager couldn't have cared less, did not even apologize. Today on a separate occasion, we went up to pay our bill, manager was sitting right there at the counter...never got up, at least five people walked past us, even looked right at us. I finally flagged down another random server who was walking by if they would like us to pay our bill or what?

went here for lunch, got the chicken fried steak which was delicious. service was good.
