03/31/2016 4:02 pmThe door man is so nice and sweet. The performance was intimate and amazing. HOWEVER the guy at the cashier station who seats you was extremely rude and disrespectful. I waited 2 hours outside to be the fourth person seated for on reservations. He sat me in tye way back where I couldn't see over heads when there was tables open up front. When I asked to switch up front he insisted the people in line get that. (I was first I should get the better view). After asking again and insisting, he yelled at me saying fine I'll do it. Our waitress was very shirt and I asked for a soda because I don't drink and she rolled her eyes and said "a soda ugh". I was shocked at the employees behavior. When I bought 2 shirts I asked to open it up to see the fit, that cashier guy who seated me, he yelled at me saying it's a standard shirt. When I realized the med was too small looking and asked for a large to buy he threw the medium shirt on the floor and checked me out for 2 shirts with no grace. I was very appalled. Great musicians. Bought a CD! Horrible staff!!! |

03/28/2016 1:37 pmHate the reservation process, never been able to reserve in advance, the queue system its terrible, I log in 1 hr before the event opens for reservation and then it takes forever to get a turn, if you are lucky you'll make it to the site, select the seats and then unable to proceed checkout or wait "in line" and once you get the site the event will be SOLD OUT... been in this situation more than once, so frustrating!!! |

10/25/2015 11:39 amI love visiting Nashville and especially visiting The Bluebird and parts of "fake Nashville" from the ABC show. Recently on my second trip to Nashville I got the pleasure of experiencing not one but two shows!! (really exciting since the queue experience didn't work out for me to reserve) All worked out okay and I had an excellent experience. The shows lived up to rhe hype especially listening to ths songwriters backstories and them bantering back and forth. All the staff that did a great job and it made the night run seamlessly. Kudos, to Elliott who ran the door well getting people in and seated quickly. I was lucky to be able to get in line early and be around 25th in the standby line but it went quickly because I met lots of new friends |
