A tried-and-true Pearl District classic, this classy New American eatery from restaurateur Bruce Carey (23Hoyt, Clarklewis, Saucebox) attracts a stylish crowd with creative cocktails and unique flavor combinations offered in a contemporary, industrial-chic space; tabs that can be spendy are mitigated by a kind staff and what many consider to be the best cheese service in Portland.

One of the best places in town. Great classic European dinning with a twist. You get all of the fine cuisine and service in a cozy and well styled atmosphere. We had the bone marrow appetizer, which came topped with caviar making the great even better. The drinks were well balanced and complemented the meal well. The service was very professional. This is one of more upscale places for Portland, that pulls it off without making it feel uncomfortable or stuffy, if you are not looking for that try the bar area or saucebox. The food is so exquisite it takes an appreciation for the extra ordinary to enjoy it at its fullest.

Love the place, excellent drinks and food,
But I won't go there again, I won't take any friends there again,
waiter attitude not friendly . Very negative feeling .
If you go there for a cocktail night be sure to be in the bar , am pretty sure the bartender is friendly

The aesthetics and service are amazing! The bartender Donald was so sweet and attentive even though they were busy and he was training. The food is always delish and the people are friendly! 5/5 would recommend!
