Great food, great service and good prices

We have been to your bar on numerous occassions to watch the Packers play. Unfortunately, we will not be returning after last night. It was understaffed by underqualified staff. Our friends were already there when we arrived at 7:30 with a drink. The waitress walked by and said should would be right back to take our order. Ten minutes passed and no return. I eventually walked up to the bar to get my drink and even that took 10 minutes to complete. The beer that I was given tasted horrible. Dirty glass? I returned to the bar to get a new drink poured. Eventually she turned around about 5 minutes later from her register. When she handed me the glass she spilled all over the floor walking it to me.

Our friends ordered fries when they went up to the bar, since the waitress never returned to the table. After 40 minutes, they finally went back up to the bar to question where the fries were and she just shrugged her shoulders. About 10 minutes later, the fries arrived at halftime. Halftime, the time when food is put out. Well, last night the leftover spaghetti that was put out was there about 10 minutes into halftime.

There were no touchdown shots handed out as it has been done at every other game day.

When I ordered a pitcher of beer at halftime, the bartender proceeded to clean the bar and take 2 other drink orders before filling our pitcher. Then it took 5 minutes to get my change from the register.

Every attempt by anyone at our table to get a drink was a 10 minute affair.

You have lost customers all because you had incompetent staff last night.

We chose this place after calling ahead for prices. After being seated at a dirty table, we were told that the price quoted on the phone was the wrong price and the fish fry was more. The hostess denied telling us the wrong price and could not recall the conversation from a half hour earlier. Our waitress had the personality of a door knob. After ordering, the only time we saw her again was when the food came. We had to have another waitress track her down to get our bill. The restaurant was empty at the time! Fish was good, flaky and hot. Rolls were like hockey pucks. Clam Chowder was tasty. Cole slaw was good, not too creamy. Tartar sauce was like a cup of mayonnaise. Overall, we do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

Service was slow even though the place was empty, the appetizer platter looked as if it was a bunch of frozen and reheated food on a plate (it cost $10.99!), the food was bland and soggy, and the seasonal beer on tap was flat. Overall extremely unsatisfied. I do not recommend this restaurant.

In spite of poor reviews we tried it because we had an entertainment coupon for breakfast. I know everyone's visit can differ, but ours was nice. Food was great, service was fast, staff was courteous, and even without the coupon, cost was reasonable. We will return.
