My fiancé & i spent 4th of July in Memphis. We drove all the way from texas & it was the highlight of our trip. Food & the service were excellent!!!

By chance hit this place Saturday night. Friendly folks, especially at the bar. Food was awesome, especially ribs. Nice beer selection. Best of all, the group playing blues was excellent. Blind Mississippi Morris rocked the place. Highly recommend.

Looks like a touristy dive and it's actually one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Delicious steaks and sides in a boisterous, casual setting. Save room for an apple crumble pie dessert in a small iron skillet.

One of my absolute favorite places on Beale. My first review of this place was 4 stars, about 3 years ago. We have been back every year since then and have had great food with excellent service every time. You cant beat this place after spending long hours on Beale. Open late and food is Great! See you again April 30th, 2016!

The most incredible service I've ever had hands down! We were Canadians who were so very blessed to experience TRUE southern hospitality. Our wonderful wait staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was remarkable. My boyfriend at the time asked for vinegar for his French fries. The Restaurant did not have vinegar but our waiter went above and beyond the call of duty and borrowed vinegar from the restaurant next door. How amazing is that? If you had to ask me whether I would recommend this place, the answer over and over again would be YES!!!! Not only was the service deserving of more than 5 stars but the food recommended was simply incredible. Please please please go and visit Blues City Cafe if you have an opportunity. I promise you won't regret it
