I am trying to rate my experience here as a whole and not specifically letting the fact that i got food poisoning affect it too much. First off, the restaurant was not too clean, the service was mediocre and i vomited for 24 hours after i ate there. The food poisoning was obviously the worst part, worst in my life actually, but my overall experience there wasn't great as it was. The waitress wasn't very friendly and a little short with my friends and I, oh and also i got massive FOOD POISONING from the burger i ate there.. be warned.

The Bob Dobbs Burger is really tasty. The french fries are fresh cut and I think probably the best in town. The owner is a dork and who causes a lot of turn over at the place but hey its a waterin' hole.

Every so often we are craving some really good Hamburgers. When that happens, it is time to drive up from Green Valley to Bob Dobbs for a couple of CONNIES. Yep---and those special french fries----and a couple Bud Lite Limes (each). THATS what we want. We like Bob Dobbs. So what if the service is sometimes slow. We're there for some enjoyment, relaxation, and good food. We sit at the bar, talk to the bar tender and sometimes other customers. We always have a good time. If the food wasn't really good, we wouldn't drive all the way from Green Valley.

You'd figure a bar in Sam Hughes would be chill, but this place kicks out really negative vibes. The wait staff is seldom friendly and for the most part the food is not good. The burgers are decent (garlic!) and on Mondays their $5 Coors pitchers are hard to be beat for a deal, but neither of those can overcome the simple fact that this is not a very happy place.
