Staff was awful. Hostess was not personable. Our waitress did not pay attention to the order and was not friendly. She acted too busy for our table. Overall bad experience. Plus burnt pancakes didn't help

Floor is dirty. Service is spotty. But food is always good and employees are friendly. Would eat here again, but four times a year tops.

This restaurant was not clean, the floor was filthy. I walked in to pick up carry out and one of my items was sitting out on the counter with no lid while I waited for the rest of the order. I didn't say anything. But after I got home and looked at the food it was basically unidentifiable. When you pay as much as Bob Evans charges for breakfast, you kind of expect it to be a little better of quality, not some thrown together garbage that doesn't even look edible. Called and drove all the way back for a refund.
