Horrible service and raw steak. Manager asked if a steak I just said was raw was cooked enough for me. Geez

There food is scrumptiously brilliant. I would eat there every day if I could. My children (Peggy, Agatha, Angus, Gunther, and Hagnus) think it's wonderful! I definitely think all you folks should try it out! Thank you so much!

I placed an online order with this Bob Evans restaurant and I came to pick it up as they were closing. The door was already locked before 9 o'clock. I already paid for my food and I wanted to pick it up. As we were knocking on the door a woman walked by sweeping and she looked in our direction and kept sweeping. She went into the bathroom then came out still sweeping looked in our direction again and kept ignoring us. Then when I decided to call the restaurant someone answered the phone and was going to let us in and then the same woman came to let us in that ignored us. I thought it was rude and uncalled for and I won't be returning.
