I placed an order and was told 35 minutes... Almost an hour later I found out they went to the wrong address, going to Colden instead of Holden. I gave the driver my address, then get a call from the manager/owner(?) who then says they don't deliver here... even though according to Google maps the address is exactly 1.3 miles away. I explain this to him, and tell him that the address the driver had originally gone to was farther away than my actual address, to which he rudely tells me I'm wrong (despite looking right at Google maps at the time). I pretty much beg, telling him how long me and my guests have been waiting for our food and he rudely barks "Ok we'll deliver this one time but don't ever call us again"... Great customer service. The driver (who was really nice) said their policy is not to deliver to the East Side because people call to set them up and rob them, which means that the manager knew he was lying about the distance... not to mention, that's discrimination. And I'm only in the East Side by one block. But even still, had he politely explained that was their policy, fine... but why yell at me and get an attitude about it? Believe me, I never WOULD order again with attitude like that.You just don't treat people like that. And I'm telling all my friends who order from them too.

This pizza is spectacular. I haven't had good pizza like this in a life time. Anytime I'm in buffalo I will definitely make it a point to stop by and get another pizza. Definitely good

They delivered fast and the pizza was a nice size. Not to mention it tastes good. I'm gonna order from here more often

food is terrible.
The grilled chicken on my salad was gross and inedible. Like the raw chicken was sitting out for too long before they cooked it.

Also, do not get the groupon for this place. It's misleading. They told us we could not use it because there were not enough people at our table, even though I told them I had a groupon before we even were seated.
